SiteInspect helps field professionals record inspections and generate PDF reports. This policy explains how the app handles inspection records, photos, voice input, reports, and subscription status.

Information handled

• Inspection content: project and client details, locations, issue descriptions, photos, recommendations, and generated reports.
• Voice input: the microphone and speech recognition are used only when you choose voice description.
• Subscription status: Apple processes payment. The app reads only the verified transaction and entitlement status needed to provide subscription features.

Use, storage, and sharing

Inspection data is used to organize projects, assist issue classification, and generate reports. In the current version, inspection records and photos are stored on the device. The app has no developer-operated account system, advertising SDK, cross-app tracking, or third-party marketing analytics, and does not sell personal information.

Assisted classification uses on-device capabilities when available and local rules otherwise. Speech recognition is provided by Apple system services and may be processed on-device or by Apple depending on device, system, language, and Apple settings. A PDF is shared only when you choose a destination; that destination's provider governs its subsequent handling.

Permissions, deletion, children, and updates

Camera, photo library, microphone, and speech-recognition permissions are requested only for their related features and can be changed in iOS Settings. You may delete inspections in the app or remove the app and its local data; delete separately any copies already shared elsewhere. SiteInspect is for professional field workers and is not directed to children under 13. We will update this page and the effective date if this policy materially changes.

Service and your responsibilities

SiteInspect provides inspection records, photo organization, voice-to-text, assisted severity classification, PDF generation, and sharing. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of your content and for obtaining permission to photograph and share site information.

Safety notice

Free use and subscription

The first PDF field report is free. SiteInspect Pro is an auto-renewable monthly subscription that provides continuous workflow value through unlimited creation, updates, previews, exports, and sharing of inspection PDF reports. The App Store displays the applicable price and billing period before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel it in Apple subscription settings.

Content and limitations

You retain your rights in inspection content and grant the app the limited permission needed to process, format, and export it on your device. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect loss arising from reliance on assisted classifications, missed site risks, third-party sharing services, or inaccurate user content. We may update these terms by posting the new version here; continued use means acceptance.

辅助分类会优先使用设备端能力，不可用时使用本地规则。语音识别由 Apple 系统服务提供，可能根据设备、系统、语言和 Apple 设置在设备端或由 Apple 处理。只有在你选择分享目标后才会发送 PDF；该目标服务商会按其自身政策处理数据。

权限、删除、儿童与更新

相机、照片图库、麦克风和语音识别权限仅在使用相关功能时请求，可随时在 iOS 设置中更改。你可在应用内删除巡检，或删除应用及其本地数据；已分享的副本需要另行删除。本应用面向专业现场工作人员，不以 13 岁以下儿童为对象。如本政策发生重大变化，我们会更新本页和生效日期。
